The 'Dad knows best' idea was one of the best and has great potential to catch on.
The comment about lacking enthusiasm was a bit unfair, particularly considering this was the first time we'd done something like this and everyone was bound to be a bit nervous.
If you concentrated on the tree thing it might be good, but I'd stay closer to home and keep it limited to household recycling and how an individual can help the environment.

I thought there was some mileage in the Dad
idea - especially in relying on our parents
to do the right thing.
